What file formats can I upload?
PDFs, photos (JPG, PNG) of handwritten estimates, screenshots of email bids, and spreadsheets (CSV, XLSX). Our AI uses vision capabilities to read even messy handwritten documents.
How accurate is the analysis?
The AI excels at extracting line items, normalizing categories, and flagging missing scope. Market rate data is based on national averages from HomeAdvisor, Angi, and industry cost databases, adjusted for project type. Rates are directional guidance, not appraisals.
Can I upload more than two bids?
Yes. You can upload up to five bids at once. The more bids you include, the richer the comparison.
Is my data secure?
Your uploaded files are processed in memory and not stored after analysis. The generated report is available for download but is not retained on our servers after your session ends.
What if I am not satisfied with the analysis?
If the analysis does not deliver meaningful insight for your project, contact us within 48 hours and we will issue a full refund.
