BidScope is a product of Field Assembly LLC ("we", "us"). By using BidScope, you agree to these terms.

Service description

BidScope uses artificial intelligence to analyze contractor bid documents and generate comparison reports. The analysis is informational and should not be treated as professional appraisal, legal advice, or a substitute for a licensed construction consultant.

Accuracy and limitations

While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis may contain errors, particularly with handwritten or poorly formatted documents. Market rate comparisons are based on national averages and publicly available cost databases. They provide directional guidance rather than precise local pricing. We recommend using BidScope as one input in your decision-making process.

Refunds

If BidScope fails to deliver a meaningful analysis for your project, contact us within 48 hours of your purchase at hello@fieldassembly.net and we will issue a full refund.

Payment

BidScope costs $29 per analysis. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe.
